Stay at the scene of the traffic accident. You may temporarily leave only to assist injured persons or if you require medical help, or to notify the police.

Do everything in your power to eliminate any new hazards at the accident scene and to ensure the normal flow of traffic. Try not to alter the condition of the accident site and preserve all existing evidence, provided that taking such measures does not endanger traffic safety.

Notify the nearest police department or station about the traffic accident, return to the scene, and wait for the arrival of an authorized officer to conduct the investigation.

A POLICE REPORT ON THE ACCIDENT IS MANDATORY.

If your flight is delayed and you have provided us with the relevant information, the staff at the branch where you were scheduled to pick up the vehicle will be able to monitor it. However, we still recommend that you contact the branch to inform us of your situation. If your flight is canceled, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can cancel the vehicle reservation.

Providing your flight number in the reservation allows us to track your arrival time and check for any flight delays. Without this information, we may assume you won’t show up and could rent the vehicle to someone else.
